Fine Washed River Sand is the finest sand we stock, it’s clean and doesn’t contain large stones which makes it a great ingredient for concrete or as bedding. When compacted Fine Washed River Sand almost reaches a state of solidness also though we don’t recommend this for underneath pavers unlike Paving Sand. Fine Washed River Sand is also good for the grass and is one of the key components in Top Dressing Soil. This Sand has natural minerals for the river bed it’s gathered from and is fine enough to sift through the top layer of your lawn. With no coarse stone materials, your lawnmower will NOT be flinging small rocks through your house windows.
